We are launching a new club. The Property Investors Club.
The Property Investors Club is going Live Monday 1st March at 12pm!! We decided to create this club after talking to many of our investors. We have learnt this is something people are looking for.
At I Squared Properties, we try and make sure we offer what our investors and potential investors need/want.
What is it?
Ok, for those who don’t know, already… I can hear you asking but what is it?
Well, it is going to be a group for investors who would like to work with us on our developments. But, who want to be a bit more involved on knowing what things we have coming up. This is to make sure our investors know we are right for them and the projects we are taking on are right too.
We are very transparent and we want to keep you as up to date as possible.
Have you seen our latest project?
We have got some very exciting things coming. From new build projects, to our recent purchase.
We sourced this off market deal from the HMO register and it comprises of 18 units. 7 of these are HMO rooms and the rest are flats.
If you can’t tell, we are so excited. This is just an example of projects we are taking on. We have many more in the pipeline and we want to bring you the current information. This will help us have the right investors for us and also help our investors make sure we are right for them too.
Ok, so who is it for?
It is a place where you get to meet other investors who are active and working with I Squared Property Ltd.
You will be the first to find out about our latest
development projects in the pipeline that you can invest in?
This is going to give us a much better opportunity to build long term relationships. Both for us with our property investors and for you to have your
property partners?

We have created this club for you. However, we will only be looking for Qualified Investors.
It will be subject to criteria as we want to make sure we have the right people on board. Is this for you?
Criteria
As I have just said, we do need to check everyone who wants to be part of the Property Investors Club.
We are transparent, therefore we want to be clear and open from the off.
There will be a NDA required before admission.
