We started this project first breaking ground on March 11th, 2020 just as the Covid 19 pandemic hit the UK, Luckily we had already pre-bought a lot of the material prior to the price increases in Jan 2020, and that our team of builders we able to work in pairs and they were part of the same household due to them being a local family company.
The project we completed in December 2020 and all the plot were sold prior to the project finishing we had a few hurdles with drainage which held up the groundworks but due to our strong team, we completed the project under budget and have now provided x 3 new homeowners with a fantastic place to make new memories.
